The Wedding Video Company You Can Count On

My wedding video pricing packages include:

Ceremony Package: $595 total ($195 deposit with $400 due before your ceremony date)

Three camera Ceremony coverage with an aerial video shot to introduce your video with. You get a digital video file of your entire ceremony with clean sound which also comes from your ceremony. A wireless microphone will send all “spoken word” sound (from the Bride, the Groom, the Pastor or MC and any speakers) while camera mics or a separate audio recorder capture your music (Including good clean sound from live musicians, if you are using live musicians).
Your MP4 video file will be produced in 4k resolution (unless you request HD or 2k video).

Basic Wedding Package: $745 total ($295 deposit with $450 due by your wedding date)

With this package you get up to three hours of video coverage. This can cover your ceremony, formal pics or some cocktail hour, reception introductions, formal dances and toasts. Extra hours can be added for $100 per hour in advance (or $150 at the event).

Extended Wedding Package: $995 total ($395 deposit with $600 due by your wedding date)

Everything from the Basic package plus up to six hours total coverage. With this package, you can have all the big events from your reception captured, or capture some of the pre-ceremony excitement (Getting Ready) and still have plenty of time for extra reception video, like cake cutting, Bouquet toss, dancing, etc. You get well over an hour of quality edited video with this package. See the A-La-Carte menu to add a short “Highlights video” to this package, if desired.

VIP Bridal Package: $1,495 total ($495 deposit with $1,000 due by your wedding date)

Everything from the Basic package plus up to eight hours total coverage.
Your finished product is two videos. One long version (usually about 90 minutes) and one short video of wedding highlights. Both videos come to you as digital files. You also get a Blu-Ray disc beautifully labeled using artwork from your wedding on the disc and on the case.

Deluxe VIP Bridal Package: $1,995 total ($495 deposit with $1,500 due by your wedding date)

Includes everything in the VIP Bridal Package with unlimited hours (one day).

India Ceremony (Sikh or Hindu): For coverage of the Henna party the evening before the wedding, plus an unlimited hours day: $2495 ($495 deposit with $2000 due before the event).

A-La-Carte

Additional Hourly Rate: $100 per hour in advance (or $150 per hour cash the day of your event).

Highlight Video: $395 If you buy the Extended video package and you would like a Highlight video.

Love Story or engagement Video: $400 includes projector & screen for playback at your wedding reception (if desired). This video will be shot at a designated area and includes your love story (how you met, got engaged and significant events, in the words of you and your spouse). Aerial and ground video will be utilized. Jupiter Lighthouse engagements are included. A drone camera can be waiting for you and your proposal at the top of the lighthouse. What a wonderful look!

Second Shooter: $450.00. Ends when reception begins.

Projector and Screen: $200.00. We will play previously shot video of your day and/or a video you provide (on a DVD or an .mp4 computer file) at your reception.

Blu-Ray Disc or DVD: $50 for either/or. $75 for both. Includes beautiful still art (pictures) from your wedding on the disc and case labels. Price is for the masters. Additional copies are $20 each.

All digital video files will be produced at 4k resolution unless you request 2k/HD instead

*ALL video packages will utilize aerial video via drone (shot by an FAA licensed drone pilot) when possible. Some venues (including all National Parks) do not allow drones.
